Jungheinrich 修理マニュアル

Jungheinrich was founded in 1953 by Friedrich Jungheinrich in Hamburg and began by producing compact electric forklift trucks. From that start it grew into one of the world's largest intralogistics companies, still majority-owned by the founding family, with engineering and production centred in Germany.

The product range covers electric counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet and stacker trucks, tow tractors and internal-combustion trucks for outdoor use, together with racking systems, automated guided vehicles and warehouse software. Jungheinrich is known in particular for efficient electric drives and energy-recovery technology that returns charge to the battery during braking and lowering. Racking, conveyors and software are designed alongside the trucks, so entire warehouses can be planned as one system.

Jungheinrich service manuals document the maintenance and repair of drive motors and controllers, batteries and chargers, hydraulic pumps and valves, lift masts and chains, steering and brakes on both electric and engine-powered trucks. Wiring diagrams, fault-finding tables and lubrication schedules guide technicians through scheduled servicing and component overhauls. Fault memories in the controllers can be read and cleared by following the documented procedures.

Warehouse maintenance teams, independent forklift service companies and dealers rely on these manuals to keep equipment available through multiple shifts. Buyers of used Jungheinrich trucks also use the documentation to confirm specifications and service requirements before and after purchase. Because a stopped forklift stops a whole aisle, most sites keep the service data within reach of the maintenance office.
