Genie Instrukcje naprawy

Genie was founded in 1966 by Bud Bushnell and grew into an American manufacturer of aerial work platforms based in Washington state. The company became part of the Terex group in 2002, and its machines are used on construction sites and in maintenance work around the world. Genie machines are recognised by their blue colour and by a strong focus on safety and ease of service.

Genie is known for boom lifts, scissor lifts and other access equipment that carry workers and tools safely to height. Many models are powered by gasoline or diesel engines driving hydraulic systems, so service work regularly combines small-engine maintenance with hydraulics and electrical controls. The range also includes material lifts for a variety of construction and industrial tasks.

Workshop manuals for Genie cover the complete machine: engine service and overhaul, fuel systems, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, hoses and drive systems, safety systems and controls, electrical wiring diagrams, torque specifications, diagnostics and scheduled maintenance. Load charts, safety devices and leveling systems receive detailed attention, because correct operation of these machines is a matter of worker safety as well as reliability.

Equipment rental companies, construction and maintenance technicians, and workshops that service access platforms will find factory documentation essential for safe, correct and dependable repairs. Workshops that service Genie equipment will find the original procedures useful for inspections, fault-finding and the preventive maintenance required between rentals, and keeping accurate records extends the working life of every lift.
