Kato Příručky pro opravy

Kato Works began in Tokyo in 1895 as Kato Iron Works and was incorporated in 1935. From the late 1930s the company produced engines, tractors, road rollers and crane vehicles, later concentrating on hydraulic excavators and mobile cranes, businesses it still pursues today from plants in Japan and overseas.

Kato is best known for compact and mid-size hydraulic excavators, including its HD series, and for rough-terrain, all-terrain and truck-mounted cranes. The machines pair sturdy structural engineering with diesel power and straightforward hydraulic systems, and many older Kato excavators remain in daily service with contractors and rental fleets around the world. Kato machines are common on demolition, road-building and rental work across Asia, Europe and other markets, and many are operated for years beyond the point where factory data becomes essential for correct repairs.

The manuals gathered here contain factory service procedures for Kato engines and equipment, including engine disassembly and overhaul, fuel and cooling systems, hydraulic circuits, electrical systems with wiring diagrams, torque specifications and diagnostic guidance, together with the scheduled maintenance programs recommended by the manufacturer.

They are written for equipment owners, contractors, plant mechanics and buyers of used Kato machines who need reliable reference material. Factory documentation helps keep both current models and veteran excavators working productively, and gives overseas operators of Japanese-built machines the specifications and service data they need.
